I\u2019m Robert Eysoldt, and I develop strategies, concepts, and formats for strong content that has not yet found its full impact.<\/p>\n

For more than 30 years, I have been developing strategies and formats for organizations, companies, and networks that sharpen complex topics, make them accessible, and translate them into resonance. The goal is to create orientation, open up discussion, and bring people into meaningful exchange.<\/p>\n

This leads to conferences, workshops, festivals, and digital communication formats. For situations where topics need to be structured, perspectives need to be connected, and new points of access need to be created. Across culture, business, and society.<\/p>\n

To capture the different perspectives of a task, research and dialog formats are used to gather and analyze as much information as possible from different sources.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I started as a department head and later became Managing Creative Director of an RTL subsidiary. After twelve years in television, I moved to Berlin to join Universal Music, where I was responsible for developing TV music formats.
\nIn 2006, I founded ZEROOVERHEAD and have been working independently ever since, developing creative strategy for complex situations that demand clarity. From 2009 to 2015, I also served as a volunteer board member of CREATE BERLIN, a network dedicated to the international promotion of Berlin\u2019s cultural and creative industries.
